Language Enabled Intelligence Research Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze the design and development of geospatial solutions for the operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system by using comprehension of the Arabic language. Design, create, and execute effective open source research methodologies to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making and collaborate closely with customers to ensure open source collection requirements are met in an accurate and timely fashion. Leverage modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, operational mathematical techniques, and other principles of large data set query, research, and relevance testing in determining solutions. Apply expertise in communication to participate in intra- and inter-agency collaboration and present findings internally and externally at working groups, meetings, and conferences involving the open source community.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with conducting open source data collection, evaluation, and dissemination

-Experience with applying critical and spatial thinking to developing and executing search plans

-Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

-Knowledge of working with emerging technologies, including social media, deep web searches, Big Data analysis, and bulk data harvesting

-Ability to demonstrate expertise in the Arabic language through a current score of 2/2 or better in the DLPT IV or equivalent

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with planning, prioritizing, and managing assignments in a timely manner

-Experience with the ESRI suite of GIS software tools

-Experience with the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) process

-Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including relating findings to teammates, mission partners, or senior leadership

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
