Law Enforcement Analyst

Key Role:

Provide expertise in protection program compliance management for moderately complex situations. Comprehend and apply local, state, and federal and DoD law enforcement statistical data reporting, training and certification rules, regulations and activities, tracking and evaluation of all documentation, evidence, and clarifying correspondence relating to moderately complex law enforcement plans, policies, and operations. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of mission assurance and law enforcement program procedures, policies, and directives associated with DoD law enforcement activities at a level that is sufficient enough to manage the area-wide implementation of moderately complex law enforcement data reporting, training and certification policies, programs, and procedures.  Develop, analyze, consolidate, and evaluate existing and proposed mission assurance law enforcement plans, procedures, exercise and assessment results with colleagues and client staff in physical security, protection, fire and emergency services branches.  Coordinate closely with installation staff law enforcement leadership at installations worldwide. Coach and mentor garrison law enforcement leadership on program best practices, prepare written reports, and trend analysis products, both stand-alone and recurring.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with DoD law enforcement or protection programs

-Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, use of formulas

-Knowledge of law enforcement statistical reporting, training, and certification requirements

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with staff above the installation level

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-Completion of DoD law enforcement training with Army law enforcement experience
