Leadership Development Director

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for designing, implementing, continuously improving, and measuring the impact of the firm’s leadership development strategy, service offerings, and programs, including courses and programs from first-time supervisor to the C-Suite, coaching, mentoring, organization development, and leadership assessments. Deliver innovative learning solutions, provide thought leadership, and take offerings to the next level in support of a diverse, global business. Lead a team of professionals who provide deep leadership development expertise, content, project, and program management and stakeholder engagement for all areas of responsibility, including budget oversight and vendor management. Drive synergies and integration with other strategic people programs and services, including talent and performance management, talent analytics, total rewards, diversity and inclusion, human resources, recruiting, and resource management centers of excellence. Take an active role in the development, mentoring, and coaching of the team and work actively to enhance the diversity of the team. Facilitate periodic focus groups and stakeholder meetings to ensure offerings remain relevant and receive ongoing support from leadership at large.


Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in a global, matrixed organization

-12+ years of experience in leadership development, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, program management, and evaluation

-10+ years of experience in a supervisory role

-Experience with the design, development, and implementation of a corporate leadership development strategy and related service offerings and curricula

-Knowledge of HR disciplines, including competency modeling, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of a coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation or equivalent


Additional Qualifications:

-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or Behavior, or other human resources, business management, or education-related field
