Leadership Development Programs Lead

Key Role:

Design, develop, and implement Booz Allen's leadership development programs with a primary focus on inclusive leadership, and new leader integration and immersion programs. Lead and facilitate virtual and in-person leadership programs and sustainment events. Assess leadership development needs continually and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful for the firm. Manage all design and operational aspects of leadership programs, including communication, coaching, diagnostics, residential sessions, vendor management, and budget, including forecasting and tracking. Maintain, track, and report program metrics. Manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication. Support the design, delivery, and facilitation of an entire suite of leadership offerings, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with corporate learning and development, including instructional design and program development

-5+ years of experience with leadership development and senior-level facilitation, design, program management, and evaluation

-5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, including leading teams and working through others-Experience in consulting with senior-level leaders
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and how to translate complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easily comprehensible presentations
-BA or BS degree

-MA or MS degree in a related field
