Learning and Development Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for developing and implementing strategies, creating processes for the firm, and administering the academic and professional partnerships program as part of the firm's FlexEd employee benefit program, including reviewing certifications in Workday and leading the update of associated training policies. Manage relationships with current and future partners, including monthly or quarterly touch-base meetings, such as collaborating with University Recruiting. Review FlexEd applications, respond to all employee requests, and manage the exceptions process for FlexEd. Provide reports to clients on FlexEd usage, as needed. Receive and review all Workday task notifications regarding certifications that employees have manually added to their Workday profile. Assist with finalizing and posting the new L&D policy, including working with legal, ethics and compliance and regulatory compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in a professional services setting, including developing and delivering professional communications and communication strategies

-Experience with internal and external client relationship management, collaboration, consulting, data gathering and analysis, event planning, group facilitation, Microsoft Office products, program or project management, and stakeholder analysis

-Knowledge of negotiation, conflict management, and supplier-partner relationship management a plus

-BA or BS degree in Business, Education, or Human Resources

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with academic institution partnership development, technical, functional, and leadership vendors, Workday, and Edcor

-Knowledge of the academic institution grants process, curriculum development, MOOCs and similar products, micro-credentialing, and continuing education processes

-Possession of excellent critical thinking skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and delivering deck presentations
