Learning and Development Curriculum Developer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for leading and supporting the design, development, and execution of the firm’s consulting curriculum. Maintain responsibility for the design, development, and operational aspects of programs, including the coordination and maintenance of new and existing consulting programs. Perform some facilitation of virtual and in-person leadership programs and sustainment events, assess development needs, and identify areas for content improvement and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Maintain tracks and report program metrics and perform vendor management and budget forecasting and tracking. Manage internal and external senior stakeholder relationships, including relationship building and communication. Support the design and delivery of the entire suite of leadership and learning offerings, as needed.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with learning and developing in instructional design and development of programs

-5+ years of experience with curriculum strategy, development, facilitation, design, program management, and evaluation

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to display a commitment to excellence and pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to be solutions-oriented with a drive for innovation and a spirit of collaboration

-Ability to lead teams and work through others

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in collaborating with or consulting to senior-level leaders

-Ability to show a client service focus

-Ability to collaborate, work with ambiguity and change, and be a creative problem solver

-Ability to exhibit sound judgement and make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction

-Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and follow up on several tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written and communication skills, including presentation expertise

-MA or MS degree
