Learning and Development, Ethics and Compliance Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a curriculum manager for ethics and compliance training programs. Develop and design highly engaging and interactive learning solutions and apply industry standard methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, and Agile to the full life cycle of course development in an established process by developing a course needs assessment, program strategy, course design, implementation, and evaluation. Manage and ensure the timely completion of specific and defined multi-discipline learning programs. Design and develop complex level interactive courseware for systems training and serve as an internally recognized manager in the learning and development space while measuring and evaluating programs to ensure consistency and quality of the design, deployment, branding, and business impact. Develop and nurture client relationships and work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and processes. Demonstrate in-depth project management and vendor experience.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with designing, developing, and implementing eLearning products and other learning solutions, including in ethics and compliance

-6+ years of experience with managing large-scale programs focused on learning and development

-Experience with project management, including schedule development, coordination, and maintenance

-Experience with learning technologies, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate and designing and implementing learning solutions using social, mobile, video, or micro-learning

-Experience as a consultant, presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations

-Ability to analyze and de-conflict information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course content

-Ability to create supporting course documentation, including design documents, storyboards, art style guides, and learning objectives

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ethics and compliance a plus

-Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders

-Ability to work in a multi-functional role

-Possession of excellent analytical, client-handling, problem-solving, and project management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
