Learning and Development Operations Senior Manager

Key Role:
Create strategy and manage the daily activities of an internal Booz Allen Hamilton team in a unique role that supports the delivery of learning and development courses and programs for the internal workforce. Provide oversight for the learning and development budget, cost-recovery model, instructor-led course demand planning process, scheduling and coordination, learning measurement and evaluation strategy, dashboards and reporting, vendor management, including contracts and accounts payable, and facilities. Participate in the development, interpretation, and administration of training-related policies and procedures, resolve issues, coordinate a myriad of activities required to ensure seamless delivery and positive end-user experience, and leverage experience with in-depth project and financial management, including identifying, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors and suppliers and negotiating final contracts.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with learning or business and operations management

-10+ years of experience in a supervisory role
-Experience as a consultant, presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner and demonstrating business acumen and client service focus
-Experience with financial, contract, and vendor management
-Experience with complex data management, analysis, and visualization using tools, including Tableau or Qlikview and learning management system administration
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to translate complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to navigate a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
-Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, client-handling, and problem-solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree
-PMP Certification preferred
