Learning Development Consultant

Key Role:
Identify, research, and evaluate existing and cutting-edge industry, academic, and USAF client strategies, policies, guidance, publications, processes, and programs. Provide recommendations for designing and improving future client programs. Assist with the design, development, and delivery of these programs, data and process analysis, management and professional services, and documentation services. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership to junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in an adult education, learning science, learning methodology, educational technology, competency-based learning, or academic leadership field

-Experience with the Microsoft Office program suite

-Experience with the operation of learning management and student information systems
-Knowledge of developments in augmented and virtual reality gaming, and simulation

-Ability to use of social media as a learning platform

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications;
-Experience in the military a plus
