Learning Management System/Instructional System Design Analyst

Key Role:
Provide domain management of a learning management system (LMS) for up to 4,850 licenses annually. Track and manage course attendance through the LMS. Assist with LMS familiarization training, including Web-based learning modules of the LMS. Provide Web-based learning status reports to authorized points of contact. Conduct courseware testing on LMS for functional compatibility and submit metrics on LMS responsiveness. Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals. Review user or technical requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create or track project schedules.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with providing LMS administration, support, and technical troubleshooting
-Experience with Adobe Flash Player, current COTS-based Internet browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and help desk best practices for diverse network-based systems
-Experience with maintaining shareable course-ware object reference model (SCORM) conformance for all courseware, including providing course revision
-Ability to conduct courseware testing on LMS for functional compatibility, update courseware changes via File Transfer Protocol (FTP), provide reports on technical performance standards and metrics on LMS responsiveness, and alert all users to LMS downtime for scheduled maintenance
-Ability to manage licenses and provide support for up to 5,000 LMS licensed users
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree or 10 years of experience with learning management
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with providing live and virtual distributive learning to a Combatant Command and the National Guard
-Knowledge of National Guard Domestic Operations training and readiness requirements
-MA or MS degree
-Security+ Certification or equivalent
 

Clearance:
