Learning Systems Technologist

Key Role:

Consult and collaborate with clients to uncover performance and behavior gaps and recommend holistic learning strategies to achieve business objectives through learning and performance solutions. Apply knowledge of instructional design practices for face-to-face, virtual, self-paced, or performance support delivery approaches, program evaluation techniques, learning technologies, including SCORM and Section 508 compliance, change management, communications, and an array of e-learning, immersive learning, mobile learning, or virtual classroom development approaches. Consult and leverage expertise to facilitate client discussions and advance the client ability's to think strategically and plan strategies that meet organizational learning and performance goals. Consult on assessing organizational culture, implement change to build and share a compelling view of the direction or purpose of organizational change, and engage and motivates others toward a common learning strategy and solution. Identify key messages, audiences, and optimal timelines for organizational communications.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with providing ISD-based training, curriculum, and courseware material for diverse DoD-based stakeholders

-Experience with supporting domesticic operations and defense mission areas

-Knowledge of how to deploy learning to learning management systems (LMSs) or learning content management systems (LCMSs)

-Ability to support the delivery of live and virtual distributive learning, data collection, and analysis

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience in a professional work environment

​Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting a Combatant Command or National Guard

-Ability to coordinate instructional agendas, logistics, training curriculum, and Web-based learning issues with end users

-Top Secret clearance

-Security+ Certification or equivalent
