Lessons Learned Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive systems, policies, and processes through a deliberate Army Lessons Learned process. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform analysis for remediation on all command-level Observation, Insights, or Lessons (OILs). Activate OILs in the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) database for use throughout the DoD and key interagency partners. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding critical issues that relate to manning, training, or equipping USSOC soldiers. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Provide work leadership for junior employees. 


Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in the military, including the Army

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
