Logistics Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Analyze the development and implementation of logistics plans that may affect policy and logistics processes to enhance product flow. Analyze the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports. Coordinate logistics activities with internal or external customers. Work with minimum supervision, including conferring with a superior on unusual matters and solving complex information requirements pertaining to logistics support.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with refurbishment, installation planning, and logistical support for the Common Data Link System (CDLS) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)

-Experience in providing and maintaining a plan of actions and milestones and coordinating responses to integration and verification questions and other documentation to ensure compliance with quality processes and program office reporting

-Experience with providing supply support item management services for the initial creation of National Stock Number (NSN) items assigned to CDLS Tech Refresh (TR) project in accordance with MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP Desk Guides and Item Unique Identification (IUID) per SECNAVISNT 4440.34

-Experience with tracking and assisting with all submitted requisitions, carcass returns, and outgoing shipments using the SAVSUP online Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) program to support CDLS installations

-Experience with producing Integrated Logistics System (ILS) certifications and associated data in applicable in applicable Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)

-Experience in assisting with and creating initial specific Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) pertaining to CDLS TR, including information produced using Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)

-Ability to ensure ILS data is error free and supports the applicable Ship Change Document (SCD), Ship Alteration (S/A), or Engineering Changes

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-5-7 years of experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within configuration management, logistics, and procurement

-Experience in working with CDMD-OA and ICAPS

-Knowledge of DoD contracts and ERP software tools
