Logistics Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Assist with onsite consulting and technical support to the client energy sustainment restoration modernization (SRM) division in the areas of strategic planning, risk assessment and mitigation, construction management, cost analysis, data management and analysis strategies, and senior program management. Support trend analysis on facility condition information, identify issues, prioritize work, predict future requirements and track the progress of service orders to verify work. Work with government POCs to provide support to the development of the annual SRM program plan and budget. Support strategic advice and technical and analytical support for facilities sustainment analysis activities across all DoD sites and installations with capitalized fuel assets to estimate the maintenance budget requirements. Support the SRM program with technical and analytical support for ongoing and emerging strategic studies and initiatives. Leverage technical, analytical, and facilitation knowledge and support to SRM for key events and workshops, including rapid improvement events, continuous process improvement events, and construction agent briefings and working sessions. This position is located in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience in the areas of supply chain management, program management, and logistics strategy development

-8 years of experience in the public or private oil and gas industry or DoD fuel community, preference given to DoD or federal government fuel community

-6 years of experience with financial reporting and supply chain practices

-5 years of experience with performance measurement, metric development and reporting

-5 years of experience in strategic planning, preference given to DoD level strategic planning

-3 years of experience in compiling reports, metrics data, and other administrative functions, including experience in building and maintaining effective, working relationships with a wide array of government personnel and organizations,

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA or MS degree in Business, Engineering, CS, and Finance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Enterprise Business System (EBS)

-Experience with data management and reporting capabilities for the Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair Program (RMMR)

-Experience with the facilities sustainment model

-Experience with budget development

-Experience with audit sustainment strategies
