Logistics Readiness Program Manager/Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide program management oversight and data analysis assistance to a US Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Logistics Readiness Division in managing War Reserve Materiel (WRM) equipment and consumables serviceability, accountability, and readiness with respect to command and installation-level program management objectives. Participate in the validation and analysis of WRM authorization and readiness documents for accuracy, including Time Phased Force Deployment Document, WRM Unit Type Code (UTC) Requirements Document (WURD), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), War Plans Additive Requirements Report (WPARR), Air and Space Expeditionary Force UTC Reporting Tool (ART), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), applicable Integrated Logistics System and Supply products, and other products as directed by the client. Coordinate with command and installation-level WRM functional area managers, WRM monitors, and equipment authorization managers to ensure WRM equipment and consumables authorizations reflect AF and MAJCOM objectives and requirements, participate in the development of theater force bed down, and evaluate logistics impact and cost of proposed bed down plans. Review and provide analysis regarding planning documents and updates to ensure WRM impacts are fully addressed. Provide guidance to WRM storing and maintaining of field units to enable effective oversight of wing-level WRM program management objectives identified in AF and MAJCOM policies, procedures, and technical manuals. Provide authorization and readiness assessment training to MAJCOM functional managers and planners and unit-level managers, monitors, and equipment management specialists. Support WRM briefings and reports by gathering information, preparing charts, presenting briefings, and providing other support, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in logistics readiness program management with an AF Client at the Wing or higher level

-Experience with data analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to travel internationally

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management for managing equipment items and SPARES

-Experience with the US Indo-Pacific Command Area of Operations preferred

-Knowledge of ES-S and AFEMS TRICS, Queries and Flat File development

-Possession of excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
