LVC Systems Integrator

Key Role:

Support multiple exercises, training activities, operations analysis, and readiness functions for a DoD client. Provide subject matter expertise to support training capability assessments with gap analysis for a Marine Corps client's Live Virtual and Constructive Training Environment (LVC-TE). Analyze training systems, training support, installation capabilities, and facilities to determine resource needs and prioritization recommendations. Support the client in the analysis of LVC-TE simulation architectures to identify gaps and provide solutions support for LVC-TE. Support training resource representatives from the operating forces, other tenant commands, installation operations and training, service reps, and simulation support personnel to ensure modeling, simulations, instrumentation, and training system usage follows a logical and coherent plan for comprehensive training resource support. Support the client by testing and evaluating current and future simulation programs to enhance unit usage and realism and simplify system operations to increase training and readiness capabilities.


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with USMC command and control, communications, computers, and Cyber operations and maintenance in a tactical environment

-Experience with CAPSET, TCS, Tactical, SATCOM, CAC2S, C2PC, and TBMCS systems

-Experience with the Marine Corps planning process

-Experience with current DoD trends, doctrines, operations, and operational constraints 

-Knowledge of Marine Corps training and education environment and programs

-Knowledge of Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environment and integration into exercise design

-Knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), including Authorities to Operate (ATOs) and Authorities to Connect (ATCs)

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with MTWS, DVTE, CACCTUS, VBS3, or other LVC simulation software

-Experience with supporting Marine Corps client exercises

-Experience with network architectures during LVC exercises

-Experience at the DIV, WING, MLG or MIG level preferred

-Experience with virtual or artificial reality devices

-Experience with LVC concepts, including DIS or HLA protocols

-Experience with a Joint or Combatand Command preferred

-MA or MS degree in Modeling and Simulation, IT, CS, or Cyber
