Machine Intelligence Senior Manager

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for providing leadership within the Digital and Analytics team, including engaging the organization’s capability and market leaders to sell artificial intelligence and deep learning solutions that run on graphical processing units (GPUs) and building trusted partnerships with clients and outside organizations critical to expanding business across the US government. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to identify objectives, priorities, challenge areas, and requirements and to position GPU-based solutions, organize and conduct meetings with strategically significant client executives, group managers, and directors, and participate in industry trade shows and conferences with the Analytics team. Leverage multiple sources, including networking, onsite visits, referrals, and cold calling to identify, qualify, and close a robust pipeline of focused opportunities that align with the Analytics team’s objectives and use Booz Allen systems to track opportunities and capture activities. Identify risks or issues proactively and drive resolutions to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-12+ years of experience with building pipelines, developing opportunities, leading captures, and winning work 
-5+ years of experience in the federal space, including government acquisitions and contracting
-5+ years of experience with supporting GPU hardware and accelerated applications
-5+ years of experience with GPU hardware and accelerated computing applications, managing progressively larger teams and programs, and developing, maturing, and leading the execution of GPU hardware-focused strategies and plans in coordination with other analytics and market leaders
-5+ years of experience with budget management and deadline responsibility in the area managed
-Experience with maintaining reporting systems and reports and monitoring communications from a government program management contract’s office to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and deliverables
-Experience with sales frameworks, including MEDDIC or ValueSelling, hardware or software value-added resale, and building and managing an account-driven salesforce
-Ability to perform limited domestic travel, as required
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with building relationships and breaking into new organizations
-Experience with managing remote and onsite staff
-Ability to have a flexible approach to work and work schedules, work collaboratively on a team, and be an active and supportive member of the account
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good judgment, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidences are essential
-Ability to be a dynamic, self-starter with strict attention to detail and function independently
-Ability to be results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, disciplined, and energetic
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including using them when informing, presenting, negotiating, influencing, and problem solving with a wide range of people, including executives
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Secret clearance preferred
