Managed Threat Services/Service Delivery Manager

Key Role:

Provide account leadership to managed threat services delivery teams, direct teams to develop program and project strategies, implement resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables and client expectations, serve as the post-sales point of contact for commercial clients, and coordinate with sales, internal team members, and client teams to ensure the client has a smooth onboarding experience. Tailor Booz Allen Hamilton's Cyber managed threat services specific to client needs and ensure the services are meeting the needs of clients, including selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Educate clients, address questions or concerns through the life cycle of the engagement, manage Booz Allen's commercial security services resources, including direct and dotted line employees, coordinate with client resources to deliver in scope services and solutions on schedule, manage the quality of security services provided by the delivery teams, track and report on service level performance by the operations teams, develop and administer security processes, and review their application to ensure that security controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively. Serve as a point of escalation with accountability for prompt identification, resolution, and communication of delivery issues, including contract gaps, resource, or schedule issues that may impact client satisfaction and security services revenue and profit and supervise and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the security capabilities being delivered through improvements to each function and coordination and communication between support and business functions. Maintain responsibility for managing delivery critical situations, lead root cause analyses, analyze continuous improvement plans, and provide oversight for the identification, investigation, and response of events or incidents of apparent security breaches. Oversee delivery operations in the account, including reviewing delivery of services to scope and defined schedule, participate in scope change discussions, manage financial targets, coordinate resources and contract changes, manage client expectations and satisfaction, communicate effectively and consistently with the client and Booz Allen stakeholders on program status and issues, bring thought leadership or share best practices with the client on topics of interest. Work with the security work streams to design and build aggregated operational Cyber Fusion Center performance metrics and monthly program status reports, present updates to the client, including adapting messages to the level of the audience, such as operations management and C suite, and support the account team in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability and play a significant role in long-term security strategy and planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with driving large complex projects to successful completion from both delivery and financial perspectives

-5+ years of experience with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations

-Experience in interacting with senior personnel at client sites in a consulting environment

-Experience with crisis management

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Certification

Additional Qualifications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISSMP, CRISC, or CISM Certification a plus
