Management Consultant

Key Role:
Conduct comprehensive data gathering efforts to pinpoint key challenges, identify potential opportunities, and support analytical solutions. Sequence and prioritize work independently and interface with senior level client stakeholders. Structure and produce highly polished Excel-based models, PowerPoint presentations, and other key client deliverables and pieces of intellectual capital. Develop expertise in a defined skill, including cost modeling, pricing, portfolio optimization, data analytics, or strategy and apply knowledge across markets, tasks, and client environments. Support people development, including recruiting and hiring, mentoring and training, and professional development and business development, including proposal and capture, marketing, and intelligence community (IC) development activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, defense, or energy or a relevant job function, including consulting, analytics, management, risk analysis, or supply chain management

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with business case analysis (BCA), cost-benefit analysis (CBA), cost estimation, statistics, project finance, data science and big data analytics, digital analytics, or Cybersecurity

-Knowledge of relational database concepts, data mining, data warehouses, decision support tools, and programming languages, including VBA, SQL, Python, C++, STATA, SAS, R, Hadoop, Splunk, MATLAB, Google Analytics, or Kissmetrics

-Knowledge of Oracle and SAP platforms

-MA or MS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Scrum Master, including Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
