Management/Organizational Transformation Consultant/Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. Plan, manage, and control the activities of a team providing operational support to a business segment, group, or team. Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts to support multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership, and compliance with procedures. Advise business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application. Ensure that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Interact frequently, including negotiating with clients or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help grow the business.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with delivering, managing, and marketing management consulting services for either military or commercial clients

-Experience with industry methods for process improvement, organizational design, change management, or performance optimization

-Ability to be a self–starter, team player, and leader in a fast–paced environment

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the United States and work up to 100% of the time alongside clients at locations in the National Capital Region

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with business process reengineering, organizational change management, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, organizational design, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, or Industrial Engineering

-Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or PMP Certification
