Manpower and Personnel Specialist

Key Role:

Support Air Force Cyber to develop, operate, and maintain an information environment to facilitate leading-edge information and personnel functions. Work with senior military leadership to perform delivery and updates, including maintaining electronic filing systems and Web-based systems for internal and external information exchange on multiple networks. Manage records and information by establishing and updating manpower documents and files. Maintain a file-sharing system to improve cross-directorate communications and information cross-flow in compliance with governing directives.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in a fast-paced operational environment

-2+ years of experience with performing manpower and personnel actions

-1+ years of experience with direct administrative support for senior executives

-Ability to create and update Unit Manning or Manpower Documents

-Ability to prepare clear, concise, and visually enticing documents for senior leaders

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in tasking

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Air Force organization structure and requirements

-Experience with Group, Wing, Numbered Air Force, and Major Command staff preferred

-Knowledge of Air Force Cyber or intelligence operations

-Possession of excellent planning, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, teaming, and analysis skills

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
