Market Intelligence Lead

Key Role:

Lead, design, and implement analytic market intelligence frameworks in support of business capture efforts firmwide. Lead competitive assessments, market assessments, black hats, and strategic planning efforts in support of market growth and development, creating or enhancing go-to-market strategies. Perform extensive market and competitive research and analyses through both primary and secondary data sources. Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of analytical outputs. Lead complex market research efforts with an aim of driving and helping executive-level decisions in a market. Perform varying levels of support to the capture process, as needed.


Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with performing market research and analysis in the federal defense and intelligence services market 

-5 years of experience with leading and managing projects of an analytical nature

-Experience with analytical concepts, research approaches, and data development at a professional level

-Experience with research and analysis in a functional role, preparing presentation materials, and conveying analytical content

-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and the full suite of products

-Experience with public and private government opportunity databases, reading and understanding outputs from systems, briefing executive-level leadership on research and analysis, and providing recommendations

-Knowledge of the government contracting and industry procurement process

-Ability to structure projects and align requirements to the appropriate delivery resources

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing internal and external professional networks
-Experience with managing a team
-Experience with business development, corporate development, or in a strategy role

-Ability to comprehend and convey business impacts of market shifts or bid decisions
