Marketing and Cyber Branding Strategist Lead

Key Role:

Serve as the lead for a multi-market Cyber team focused on shaping the marketing, messaging, and branding approach for a Booz Allen’s growing billion-dollar Cyber portfolio. Maintain responsibility for marketing and branding strategy, content development, messaging, and multi-channel client experiences for traditional and social media operations. Lead a diverse team to conduct and validate research, develop strategy, and conduct planning, creative development, dissemination, and assessment. Identify, develop, and conduct technical writing of white papers, playbooks, and media communications in support of Cyber engagements. Collaborate with extended marketing and communications teams to establish integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to shape key engagements. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with marketing, branding, messaging, and strategic communication

-Ability to work across government and private sector organizations effectively and build relationships with diverse groups and senior leaders

-Ability to lead and deliver data-driven approaches for strategic, integrated marketing processes designed to unify messaging and tactics across all channels targeted to specific clients and key stakeholders

-Ability to work cross functionally to develop and manage a marketing and branding strategy integrating brand, media, PR, advertising, events, thought leadership, digital, and other channels

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with marketing public sector services serving civilian agencies

-Experience with marketing public sector services serving defense and intelligence agencies

-Experience with applying measurement and evaluation frameworks to marketing strategies to identify course corrections, demonstrate success, and tie marketing to sales

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity or information assurance

-Possession of excellent collaborative, relationship building, and time management skills

-Possession of excellent written communication skills

-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Marketing or Communications
