MASINT Business System Analyst

Key Role:

Provide Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) expertise as part of a cross-functional team to collect, store, and analyze spectra from a variety of signatures of differing phenomenology to support the detection, characterization, and identification of materials. Work closely with an existing client delivery team supporting a dynamic and fast-paced federal enterprise data integration and analytics platform. Support the full software development lifecycle for multiple projects. Maintain responsibility for requirements capture and management, development, assist with software implementation and administration support, and provide user support. Manage ownership of key deliverables and client engagement responsibilities on most projects. Build subject matter expertise in asset management best practices and provide input to working groups. Demonstrate proficiency in using multiple client management systems.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with MASINT or signature data processing 

-Experience with software development life cycle methodologies

-Knowledge of Agile methodologies

-Ability to direct team and client interaction on a variety of levels

-Ability to create clear, concise requirements documentation, including use cases

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience in a professional work environment


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with delivering consulting services to the federal government

-Experience with developing with Scala, Java, JavaScript, Angular, or other languages

-Ability to perform independently and as part of a team, balance priorities, and meet deadlines

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent time management, critical thinking, monitoring, coordination, judgement, and decision-making skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
