Master Scheduler, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as part of a team working with the program office and product owners to capture and maintain their project plans in an integrated master schedule (IMS). Coordinate with project teams to gather all levels of project plans and schedules, integrate schedules into the server, and manage dependencies across multiple schedules. Coordinate with all technical and functional disciplines to ensure plans and schedule are comprehensive and accurate and encompass defined requirements and scope. Participate in project planning and risk reporting, control and track changes to the schedule baseline, and review, compare, and analyze schedule performance against baseline program plans. Provide schedule performance visibility to program management through metrics, reports, and briefings. Forecast performance, perform risk analysis of schedules, and provide management with comprehension of the current schedule, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to address variance and predict future performance.

Basic Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with leading schedule management activities on large IT programs
-Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle, including Agile
-Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Server, including schedule planning, development, and analysis
-Knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating with product owners clearly and efficiently
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
