Measures and Signals Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Author, coordinate, and manage MASINT capability requirements, including tools, applications, and architectures for MASINT collection management for US European Command, its components, including US Air Forces Europe, the Joint Analysis Center, and the NATO Intelligence Fusion Center. Support the review and development of planning products and future capability documents pertaining to MASINT. Coordinate with government intelligence planners to provide MASINT-specific reviews and inputs to plans and exercises. Respond to requests for information, engage with associated organizations for intelligence support, and collaborate and coordinate on externally generated production. Provide expert capability assessments and realistic inputs into EUCOM exercise and planning scenarios. Coordinate with intelligence community stakeholders to champion RFIs, MASINT tasking, collection, processing, and exploitation and dissemination capabilities.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst in either the military or national intelligence community

-3+ years of experience as a MASINT analyst

-Experience with managing ISR capability requirements, including tools, systems, applications, and architectures

-Experience in working with the MASINT Portal or GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) 

-Ability to author, coordinate, and manage capability requirements across large sets of stakeholders

-TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with national or theater level collection requirements management processes

-Knowledge of the European region

-Ability to perform shift work, if requested by the client

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills
