MENA Talent Acquisition Leader

Key Role:

Develop and lead a highly functioning team of recruiters and sourcers in support of an international and internal client base, including operating as a business partner, to comprehend and translate the client’s business by function and domain into a strategic plan, and drive successful delivery to support growth. Build knowledge of the client's business and lead a team that embodies excellent client service orientation resulting in a successful partnership with business leaders. Design and deliver relevant and appropriate talent acquisition strategies centered on attracting and hiring highly skilled talent for their business. Build and deliver innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates. Develop strategies and provide oversight to the sourcing team to implement and execute initiatives to drive candidate pipeline development. Collaborate with Center of Excellence (COE) leadership to explore and recommend sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies to build talent communities, and drive uniformity of implementation of relevant country compliance and regulations, as it pertains to recruitment and onboarding. Partner with the recruitment marketing and business leaders to identify best practices in attracting and converting talent.


Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 7+ of those years of experience with identifying and implementing recruiting best practices

-5+ years of experience with leading and managing high functioning recruiting and sourcing teams and driving time and priority management in a fast-paced environment

5+ years of experience with recruiting and leading recruiting teams in the MENA region

-Experience with measuring the ROI of sourcing channels and tools

-Ability to be a solutions partner with our client facing team and leverage market intelligence to inform and shape strategies and decisions

-Ability to produce briefings and updates on behalf of the talent strategy organization

-BA or BS degree
