Key Role:
Develop plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual or project requirements for an assigned major portion of a program. Establish and define program plan requirements and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans. Interface with vendors and clients and perform extensive investigations, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as a project scheduler responsible for creating and updating project schedules, working with team and project leads to schedule resources, including track progress, develop reports, and brief project schedule status
-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and SharePoint
-Knowledge of Microsoft Project
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as a DoD project scheduler
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Business, Mathematics, or Management preferred
-Project Management Professional (PM) certification preferred
