MicroStrategy Administrator/Architect

Key Role:

Design, implement, and manage databases and data delivery systems and transform them into insights, analysis, and reporting. Apply comprehension of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modelling and SQL, distributed computing architectures, operating systems, storage technologies, memory management, and networking to create structure and value out of complex and ambiguous technical challenges with little guidance. Leverage expertise in structured and unstructured data, streaming and batch data processing, extract, transform, and load (ETL), data wrangling, data ingest, and data access. Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Analyze the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex technical problems and provides highly innovative and ingenious solutions. Work toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives under consultative direction. Develop advanced technological ideas and guide their development into a final product.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with systems engineering, O&M, or configuration management work
-Experience with configuring and managing the MicroStrategy (MSTR) Administration Toolkit

-Experience with environments using advanced MicroStrategy concepts, including dynamic dashboards and leveraging Intelligent Cubes

-Experience with MSTR Enterprise Manager

-Experience in maintaining the security of a MSTR platform, including integrity of project schemas across multiple environments

-Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues within the MicroStrategy environment.

-Active Top Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with managing MSTR in an Oracle environment

-Experience with a multi-tenant MSTR environment

-Experience with maintaining, updating, and creating BI technical standards, specifications, and documents

-MSTR Certifications
