Military Assistant Program Manager

Key Role:

Lead and establish a US Army Europe (USAREUR) threat program. Conduct mission analysis of the Department of the Army (DA) Final EXORD. Write and publish USAREUR threat policy and procedures based on mission analysis, including the development of procedures for threat reporting from major command, unit, and garrison levels through the Army Service Component Command, to and from the DA established threat hub. Coordinate and facilitate information sharing among the USAREUR organizations and the DA and EUCOM Joint threat programs, tracking threat information and data, disseminating the threat indicators to commanders and staffs, and ensuring IT support to the threat program. Develop and instruct classes to USAREUR leadership at major command, unit, and garrison levels, maintaining education and training initiatives, as required. Track higher headquarters policy guidance, updating the USAREUR threat program, as required. Review the implementation of the USAREUR threat program periodically to identify areas for refinement.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with counterintelligence or security at the G2X or J2X level

-Experience with policy and plans, including writing and coordinating at the Department of the Army, major command, or combatant command level

-Experience with project management

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IT systems engineering or integration

-Experience as an instructor or with teaching

-MA or MS degree
