Military Cryptologic SIGINT Implementation Project Lead

Key Role:
Support an Air Force client as an implementation project lead for a major Air Force initiative and help lead a team through all phases of growth, including development, coordination, and implementation. Communicate and collaborate with team leads, leadership, and members of the intelligence community (IC) effectively. Identify required resources and serve as a liaison for the program, clients, and other stakeholders. Analyze the development of SIGINT operational policies and synchronization of signals intelligence (SIGINT) mission requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and national collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. Apply knowledge of SIGINT CPED, analytic tools and techniques, collection management, multi-INT fusion, and ISR support. Identify the strategic implications of operational efforts and recommend courses of action to position the Air Force for success. 

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with SIGINT for the Air Force DCGS 
-2+ years of experience in project management for the squadron operations level or higher 
-2+ years of experience with analyzing, interpreting, inspecting, or implementing national and AF ISR policy, directives, and guidance
-Ability to produce professional projects within short deadlines for a wide audience of clients
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience in working with mission managers
-Experience in working with national Target Offices or Joint senior partners
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Experience with process, design, implementation, and operations
-Experience with Air Force or agency staff actions, including operational instructions, bullet background papers, Air Force memos, Air Force instructions, or other policy manuals and directives, including the AF staff summary sheet and agency staff processing form
-Knowledge of national and tactical collection, processing, analysis, and SIGINT reporting vehicles and tools
-Ability to prepare clear, concise, and visually enticing communication documents for leadership
-Previous DCGS Qualification, including Cryptologic Mission Supervisor (CMS), Ground Mission Supervisor (GMS), or Surveillance and Warning (S&W) Center Supervisor
