Military Health Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support organizational effectiveness projects for a wide array of military health clients, including organizational analysis and design, organizational strategy and strategic planning, performance management, business process analysis, and reengineering, human capital, and change management engagements. Assess client needs, determine project scope, and develop project approaches and methodologies. Gather and assess data on client's performance and operating environment along with analyzing data and develop recommendations to improve performance. Apply business analysis, strategic problem-solving expertise, and knowledge of the clients businesses to anticipate and identify client issues and concerns and propose advice. Engage with senior clients on a daily basis and build relationships with clients and functional experts across the firm. Contribute to marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings, while building competencies in the areas of management consulting, project management, and business development.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with working in the consulting or health industry

-Experience with strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational assessment and design, change management, business process re-engineering, or human capital

-Ability to lead a team and build client relationships

-Ability to think autonomously and take initiative

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government, in a health-oriented capacity preferred

-Knowledge of the military health market

-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create presentations

-MA or MS degree
