Military Implementation Project Lead

Key Role:

Support the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (70 ISRW) as an implementation project lead for a major Air Force Service Cryptologic Component (AF SCC) initiative. Help to lead a team through all phases of growth, including development, coordination, and implementation. Communicate effectively and collaborate with team leads, leadership, and members of the intelligence community. Identify required resources and serve as a liaison for the program, customers, and other stakeholders. Provide analytical support for the development of SIGINT operational policies and the synchronization of SIGINT mission requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and national collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. Comprehend Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) CPED, analytic tools and techniques, collection management, multi–INT fusion, and ISR support to the warfighter. Identify strategic implications of operational efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success. 

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with SIGINT in Air Force DCGS or national SIGINT operations

-2+ years of experience at the squadron operations level or higher project management

-2+ years of experience with writing, interpreting, inspecting, or implementing national and AF ISR policy, directives, and guidance

-Ability to produce professional projects within short deadlines for a wide audience of customers

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with mission managers at national Cryptologic Centers

-Experience in working with national Target Offices of Primary Interest (TOPI) or Joint senior partners

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with process, design, implementation, and operations

-Experience with Air Force or national agency staff actions, including Operational Instructions, Bullet Background Papers, Air Force memos, Air Force Instructions, other policy manuals and directives, AF Staff Summary Sheet, or a national agency Staff Processing Form

-Knowledge of national and tactical collection, processing, analysis, and SIGINT reporting vehicles and tools

-Ability to prepare clear, concise, and visually enticing communication documents for leadership

-DCGS qualification as Cryptologic Mission Supervisor (CMS), Ground Mission Supervisor (GMS), or Surveillance and Warning (S&W) Center Supervisor
