Military Information System Security Administrator

Key Role:

Provide IT support to a Navy client. Manage all aspects of the client’s vulnerability scanning solution. Maintain responsibility for maintaining, supporting, planning, and developing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) architecture, including Nessus scanners, passive vulnerability scanners, and security centers. Leverage expertise in ACAS and other vulnerability tools. Analyze the design of implementation plans, create documentation, and provide operational support of the ACAS environment to ensure full functionality in multiple environments. Assist client support teams with the integration, implementation, and support of ACAS within client environments. This position is located in Pensacola, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with ACAS required

-Experience with complex problem solving, software, systems, business processes, Cybersecurity, network, hardware installation, network management, enterprise communications, information assurance, system administrator, and data standardization

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with systems administration supporting DoD network systems, including Navy systems

-Experience with PowerShell scripting
-Knowledge of DoD security compliance auditing, DoD hardening, the risk management framework (RMF), security implementation technical guides (STIGs), and public key infrastructure (PKI)
-Knowledge of information security, including systems and network security, best practices, documentation, and user authentication
-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
-Ability to obtain a Navy Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Operating System Computer Environment Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
