Military Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Liaison/Consultant

Key Role:

Participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policies, processes, systems, or instrumentation regarding foreign threats or homeland security. Perform scientific or technical intelligence analysis. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a manned or unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) pilot, intelligence officer, or equivalent mission role

-Experience with current Air Force and NGB Airborne ISR capabilities, weapons, and tactics

-Knowledge of Air National Guard (ANG) ISR platforms, missions, TTPs, and manpower or policy issues

-Knowledge of the ANG Airborne ISR weapons system technical details required to support ACC and NGB staffing packages on mission impacts and capabilities

-Ability to communicate and coordinate with ACC staff on management and policy matters regarding readiness and ANG Airborne ISR requirements

-Ability to develop policy recommendations and review other agency policies regarding the use of ANG assets to support ANG ISR programs and activities

-Ability to prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, and fact sheets to assist ANG ISR staff with supporting ANG leadership responses to White House, Congressional, Gubernatorial, and TAG inquiries or requests for information concerning ANG Airborne ISR activities

-Ability to coordinate with the appropriate Weapons System FAM to ensure manpower, training, and sustainment supports ISR mobilization, deployment, and readiness requirements in accordance with AFI 36-2201 Volume III and AFI 10-401

-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of how to analyze and draft Airborne ISR requirements
-Ability to communicate NGB guidance to the field and coordinate with ANG Unit commanders to ensure compliance with USAF, MAJCOM, or ANG policy
-Ability to develop policy recommendations and reviews of other agencies' policies for how they apply to ANG ISR
-Ability to communicate and present ANG Airborne ISR force posture, analyses, and execution activities to ACC
