Military Manpower Specialist and Workflow Manager

Key Role:

Interact with the Air Force client office directorate leadership and staff to coordinate, develop, and process timely responses to internal and external national agency, DoD, and Air Force formal tasking and requests for information (RFI). Manage directorate workflow processes, including task receipt and assignments, suspense requirements, task response, timeliness, and task closure. Assist with leveraging the client’s capability to effectively respond to tasking and RFIs. Apply cryptologic manpower subject matter expertise to conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure internal and external tasking and RFI responses meet client established guidance and timelines. Leverage knowledge of intelligence community (IC) military manpower databases, processes, and signals intelligence career fields to enable information flow and guide decisions to ensure effective usage of resources. Develop and maintain program continuity files and interact with division leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet the needs of the division and senior leadership. Develop, manage, and update centralized division briefing slides.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with Air Force ISR intelligence or IC cryptologic operations

-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Experience with IC military manpower databases, billet types, and resource management processes, including deconflicting with service manpower databases

-Experience with supporting program managers or project teams to accomplish tasks in meeting mission requirements

-Experience with developing, managing, and tracking task suspense dates

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an action officer at Air Force Group staff or higher level

-Experience with the development, processing, and quality control of intelligence documents

-Experience with program management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Ability to be self-motivated

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, accountability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent data research, analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree
