Military Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Assist the Army with integrating training programs into a Joint training approach, including assisting with maintaining support as training transformation (T2) functions are realigned in response to DoD guidance. Serve as a focal point for developing Army positions in response to T2 program efforts. Build on accreditation and certification efforts for all Army and Joint programs. Shape Army and Joint community process for defining and recognizing key Joint enabler capabilities. Support efforts, including additional tasks in current Army Joint programs. Assist with the identification of Joint training opportunities to support the creation of capable HQs and training requirements within the Army's models and training eventus and work for their inclusion in Joint training programs and events without compromising essential Army core training requirements. Assist with the establishment of an integrated means of resource coordination among the services, training organizations, and Department of the Army. Support the development of a HQDA Training Transformation Strategy in synchronization with DoD T2.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with the client's Joint training program and training approach

-Knowledge of Army training and experimentation events

-Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations to a general or flag officer-level audience

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of Army Command and Staff College or other service equivalent


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with resource management and analysis of the development of budget guidance recommendations

-Ability to assist foreign exchange officers with comprehending all aspects of US military policies and procedures

-MA or MS degree


Clearance:
