Military Specialist Site Lead/Intelligence Analysis Expert

Key Role:

Provide intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, client development, and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces analytical team. Direct requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts to ensure quality control of products and the analytical team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific client requirements. Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, including counterthreat and regional analysis, geospatial intelligence, human or signal intelligence, open source intelligence, Publicly Available Information, political or military analysis, and support to targeting. Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of threat personnel and prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis. Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed special operation task forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with working in government agencies 

-5 years of experience with working at the operational level

-Experience with using current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development

-Experience with the following analytical areas: Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data-at-rest regional analysis, geo-political analysis, human or signal intelligence analysis, and collection management

-Ability to hold a valid passport to travel overseas

-Ability to pass the client’s pre-deployment screening requirements to be considered deployable, maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty or combat zones, including to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of military operation or counterthreat intelligence preferred

-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

-Possession of excellent briefing skills
