Military Wing Workflow Manager

Key Role:

Coordinate, develop, and process timely responses to internal and external tasking and requests for information (RFIs) for an Air Force client. Manage the client's formal workflow hub processes, including task receipt and assignments, suspense requirements, task response, timeliness, and task closure to ensure that Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) policies, directives, and guidance are staffed, documented, and implemented. Assist with leveraging Wing organizational capabilities to respond to tasking and RFIs effectively. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure internal and external tasking and RFI responses meet client-established guidance and timelines. Develop and maintain program continuity files and interact with client leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet the needs of the commander and senior leadership. Arrange and manage client video teleconferences and meetings. Develop, manage, and update centralized client briefing slides.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with Air Force ISR intelligence and Air Force or cryptologic operations

-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Experience with supporting project teams to accomplish tasks in meeting mission requirements

-Experience with developing and managing electronic and hardcopy continuity files

-Experience with developing, managing, and tracking task suspense dates

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree or 7+ years of experience with intelligence operations in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with milSuite online applications for secure collaboration

-Experience as action officer on group-level or higher staff

-Experience with the development, processing, and quality control of intelligence documents

-Experience with program management

-Ability to show accountability and self-motivation and work in a team

-Possession of excellent data research, analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills

​-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus

-Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
