Mission Readiness Operational Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Serve as a mission readiness analyst and project coordinator supporting DoD clients. Grasp new concepts quickly, bring excellent consulting expertise to bear with technical and non–technical audiences, define and analyze technical problems to develop quality client deliverables, and communicate the results and takeaways to stakeholders effectively. Work closely with a team to develop innovative solutions that address the client’s most challenging mission readiness needs. Support the development of an enterprise Web application while leveraging Agile methodologies. Work in a dynamic environment with talented team members to deliver quality software capabilities. Maintain responsibility for analyzing complex client problems to write content that meets client intent, subject matter, format, and comprehension–level specifications. Assist with creating project schedules and managing a team by creating milestones and monitoring and tracking progress against plan.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in the military, including working as a Navy, Marine Corps, Army, or Air Force junior military officer
-Experience with operational and resource readiness 
-Experience with working in a collaborative consulting environment 
-Experience with working in a team–oriented, inclusive, very collaborative work environment to achieve a consensus
-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to develop creative client–ready products
-Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast–paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery 
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with software systems
-Experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System for Navy or Navy and Marine Corps readiness reporting business practices
-MS degree in a technical, engineering, or analytical field, including CS, EE, or Operations Research 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
