You Have:

-Experience with operational deployment activities, including analyzing SOPs and TTPs, strategic messaging, operational readiness reviews, and fielding inquiries

-Experience with SharePoint and knowledge management portals, including site content management

-Experience with graphics design and illustration support for a large DoD PMO

-Experience with developing high-level briefing materials for GS15s and above

-Experience with process mapping and business process improvement

-Knowledge of iOS, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows mobile operating systems

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with managing and executing an end-to-end product deployment life cycle

-Experience with request fulfillment processes and US government ordering portals

-Knowledge of IT management principles, including ITIL and the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF)

-Ability to be detail-oriented

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including interfacing with external customers
