Multi-INT Collaboration Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Apply experience as an intelligence analyst and knowledge of integrated intelligence and multi-intelligence (multi-int) concepts and capabilities. Collaborate with a local group and a geographically dispersed team across multiple mission platforms. Lead strategy planning and execution resulting from direct interactions with external and internal stakeholders and drive operational synergies and standardization of processes across organizational elements. Work independently or in a team environment proactively and collaborate with others. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems, support focused on the advancement of discovery and innovation, and actionable insights into the full spectrum of mission disciplines. Provide process efficiency assessments for mission optimization and solutions to enhance strategic situational awareness of future intelligence challenges. Assist with the development of associated training.


Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with national collection architecture

-8+ years of experience in intelligence operational mission environments or with intelligence analysis

-2 years of experience with working onsite at a ground station

-Experience with supporting real-time missions and leading response to ad hoc support requests dynamically

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of communications technologies and multi-int concepts and capabilities

-Ability to display ingenuity and resourcefulness and apply highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods

-Possession of excellent collaboration skills in local and remote environments

-Possession of excellent editing skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred
