Multi-INT Practitioner, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a multiple intelligence (multi-INT) coordinator for projects and initiatives to sustain, enhance, and design multi-INT synchronization activities for an intelligence community (IC) client. Work closely with users and other key stakeholders to research, compile, evaluate, and integrate multiple intelligence capabilities into executable multi-INT synchronization strategies. Evaluate new, unique, and innovative multi-INT data application concepts, techniques, and technologies for application in multi-INT synchronization and data discovery activities. Leverage expertise in analytical, technical, and collaborative work to enable multi-INT requirements generation, multi-INT tactic, technique, and procedure (TTP) development, multi-INT data discovery, and multi-INT Concept of Operations (CONOP) and Concept of Employment (CONEMP) development to meet mission tasks and objectives. Work independently and in a team environment to provide analytic, collection, and technical support focused on the development of new capabilities against difficult intelligence problems.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in the IC

-Knowledge of the capabilities and operational employment of one or more intelligence fields, including all-source, HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or GEOINT

-Knowledge of national technical means (NTM) architectures and capabilities

-Knowledge of current intelligence systems and tools

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Combatant Command operations, including analysis, collection management, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and force disposition

-Ability to interact with all levels of client and mission partners

-Ability to be self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing situations

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
