Key Role:

Play a key role to provide multi-INT fusion analysis and methodology development. Integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT. Use structured methodologies and techniques and apply specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. Identify and facilitate the sharing of data with the client and mission partners via the client's Cloud architecture and Web–based capabilities. Work with the user community to gather feedback on capabilities to ensure capabilities meet mission requirements, gather insight into capability gaps, and work with developers to improve upon existing capabilities and develop new capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in the intelligence community

-Experience with interagency and intelligence community policies and operations

-Experience with supporting collection management operations 

-Experience with military collection management and Combatant Commands (COCOMs)

-Experience with visualization technologies, including Google Earth, .kml, and .kmz and ArcGIS

-Knowledge of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), all-source, HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, and GEOINT intelligence disciplines

-Knowledge of NTM architectures and capabilities and visualization and design techniques

-Knowledge of current and future intelligence systems tasking, collection, and processing methods, dissemination architectures, and exploitation and analysis tools, including GIMS, CRATE, RIGHT MS, HOTR, TAC, WISE, JEMA-IC, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, or Palantir

-Ability to perform client outreach and interface at the senior levels

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to interact with all levels of client and mission partners

-Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing situations

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
