Multi-Media Specialist

Key Role:

Provide videography, photography, podcast, and other multi-media support to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A)'s Functional Management Division (FMD), including activities in pre-production, production, and post-production phases. Produce top-quality, multi-media deliverables for the IPPS-A client at a rapid pace, with an emphasis on recording videos and podcasts, taking photos, scripting and story-boarding, and editing multi-media products for distribution. Work closely with a lead multi-media specialist in producing video, photos, and audio products and developing detail-oriented, creative approaches to client requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with filming interviews and b-roll, following a shot list, setting up lighting, and recording and editing audio

-Experience with Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, or Illustrator

-Knowledge of After Effects and story-boarding, scripting, and photography products

-Knowledge of video encoding methods and closed-captioning requirements

-Ability to provide an online reel and portfolio along with resume

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Communications or Visual Arts

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with graphics design

-Experience with 2D animation in After Effects or 3D animation and modeling in Ciname 4D Lite, Maya, or 3D S Max

-Experience with military public affairs or supporting military clients

-Knowledge of basic copyright and other legal and ethical requirements

-Ability to learn additional video and multi-media expertise and programs

Clearance:
