Multimedia Studio Business Manager

Key Role:

Support the firm’s creative solutions needs on a broad range of projects from large-scale, multi-team initiatives to smaller, individual requests. Lead the design and planning review process for the studio team, including third party vendors and freelancers or contractors. Identify, qualify, and internally market towards a robust pipeline of focused opportunities across the firm that align with both the marketing and communications team and the firm’s greater business priorities and goals. Analyze the development of detailed capture plans for qualified opportunities and work with assigned team leads in the pursuit and capture of opportunities. Act as a trusted partner to develop and maintain excellent relationships throughout the firm and identify their objectives, priorities, and requirements. Assist with the development and review of proposals and participate in all proposal cost and technical reviews. Lead, guide, and manage a large team of designers, copywriters or editors, videographers, and production executives.


Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience in a supervisory or project management role for a large corporation or leader of an in-house multimedia production studio

-8+ years of experience in providing creative and production services towards large and complex proposals,

-4 years of experience with writing and presenting proposals

-Experience with delivering in a highly matrixed, deadline-driven, and fast-paced environment

-Experience with Shipley proposal training

-Experience with leading and managing team in the production of M&C specific marketing content, campaigns, events and other deliverables

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to show business acumen and professional drive, including work ethic, initiative, and strict attention to detail

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Completion of project management training
