Munitions Project Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Compile and review cost data, including cost schedule status reports, contract fund status reports, such as DOTC and FAR-based, MIPRs, and cost performance reports for technical projects. Assist with the analysis of costs incurred to ensure expenditures remain within project budgets and identify variance in resource use and expenditure. Prepare a variety of contract documentation, administrative reports, and similar documents required to support program funding. Provide input to tasking documents, including sole source justifications, Statements of Work (SOW), security classification specification, and contract data requirements list. Collect and analyze data for large, multi-million-dollar government-to-government proposal evaluations. Design and implement databases for large-scale technical evaluations and support analysis of cost data and calculate proposal cost and manpower hours, and support program manager in preparing, developing, and coordinating informational data and material used for a variety of activities, including briefings, reviews, symposia and reports. Prepare status reports, charts, presentations, and briefings, as required, to inform management of the actual status of program, projects, activities and progress toward accomplishment of objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience as a financial analyst

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 4 years of experience as a financial analyst, AA or AS degree and 2 years of experience as a financial analyst, or BA or BS degree in Business or Finance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in finance, accounting, or related business area preferred

-Knowledge of basic contracting and cost analysis preferred

-Secret clearance
