National/Tactical SIGINT Integration Outreach Analyst

Key Role:

Provide outreach, education, and training to ensure DoD and intelligence community (IC) clients are kept current on multi-INT and cooperative operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), policies, capabilities, and projects related to All-Domain Overhead Cooperative Operations (AOCO) support. Support operational employment of AOCO capabilities to user organizations. Stay current with DoD and IC requirements, developments, and policies. Aid program acquisition efforts, including engineering tests, systems capability analyses, verification, and performance assessment functions. This position will require occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with military or government tactical or national reconnaissance systems

-Experience with technical guidance on national and tactical reconnaissance collection systems and supporting ground stations

-Ability to prepare written documents or briefings relating to the operational nature and technical capabilities of the national and tactical systems

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with military or government tactical or national reconnaissance systems preferred

-5+ years of experience with IC clients preferred

-Experience with national or tactical SIGINT geolocation operations, sensors, or platforms preferred

-Experience with working at IC headquarters, ground sites, or other operating locations preferred

-Experience with working at DCGS or with Rivet Joint, U2, or Global Hawk preferred

-Experience with operational ELINT analysis preferred

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree preferred
