NC2 Logistics Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the test and analysis of national NC2 Logistics to ensure survivability and endurability of C2 operations, systems, and procedures. Provide the government with insights into NC2 logistics and analyze the specific requirements of relevant assets to the NC2 mission. Observe and analyze test and evaluation operations to ensure conformity with military doctrines, policies, and procedures. Maintain responsibility for conducting in-depth functional area research, integrating subject matter expert inputs into doctrinal documents, and applying functional area expertise in TTX and Field Test events. Solve advanced, complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data systematically to uncover schemes and scenarios for providing conclusions and correlations to future events.

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with planning and organizing military operations relevant to the nuclear enterprise

-Experience with NC2 logistics planning and management at Combatant Command or service Component Command levels

-Knowledge of developing military doctrine for logistics for strategic-level communications systems

-Knowledge of US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), and US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) roles and responsibilities relevant to NC2 strategic communications systems and procedures

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Joint or Operational test and evaluation preferred

-Knowledge of Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) planning and execution preferred

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
