.NET Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Performs complex analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of computer software for distinct product hardware or technical service lines of businesses. Work on gathering new requirements, software design, integrating operating architecture integration, and selecting computer systems to test deployments and software maintenance. Apply knowledge of one or more systems and one or more platforms and programming languages. Work under general to little supervision. Assist with training junior software engineer staff, as needed. 

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net or C# and developing user interfaces using HTML, jQuery, and custom JavaScript

-Experience with developing in Microsoft Windows environments

-Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent relational databases, including database design, query optimization, and support

-Experience with writing unit and acceptance tests and developing all layers of a Web platform, including client, services, application, and data store

-Knowledge of software development models, including Agile Scrum
-Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, architectures, and design patterns

-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, communicate steps taken to remedy to analysts and stakeholders, coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to comprehend issues, be a self-starter, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Active Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing IT solutions for DoD clients preferred

-Experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net, Structured Query Language (SQL), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML 5, MVC 5, Entity Framework 5+, JQuery, Bootstrap, or Razor

-Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012/2013

-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013

-Experience with SQL Server reporting services

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in CS or a related field
